Ginger And Nutmeg! – Week Two

Week two began as they always seem to begin when elves are involved. You just know that something really odd is going to happen. But first, let’s finish last week.

We have been watching “The Santa Clause” movies with Tim Allen. I had only seen the first movie of the three, and as one who really doesn’t care for Christmas movies, I thought they were a bit cute.

The humans had popcorn as well, but we didn’t have such comfortable seating.

Before we started the movie, we sent the girls to get dressed for bed. But granddaughter-the-younger called out that she couldn’t change in her room. When we asked why not she said “Because there’s a boy in my room!”. Seems the little rascals needed a nap!

Then, Sunday starts off in a picture perfect manner!

They said they wanted the girls to have their picture for when they go back to the North Pole.

Then they just hung out in a couple of the stockings for the rest of the day. Just watching. Kinda cute, but more creepy I think.

Monday morning and they’re wearing masks. I guess they like to play Mine Craft at the North Pole. The girls like to play the game too.

Is it just me or does Santa look a little, I don’t know, blocky maybe?

We all know Tuesday is for. Seems Taco Tuesday is a thing at the North Pole as well. But wouldn’t this be cannibalism?

Not sure about the ingredients in these supposed “tacos”.

Guess that tacos are very filling to little elves. So on Wednesday it was time for a workout. I like how Batgirl is just watching. She seems rather buff to me!

Maybe she’s just coaching, but it seems she’s laughing to me.

Sometimes I wonder how they do the things they do. How did they get the reindeer and sleighs off the china cabinet and into the hallway? And the tape for the finish line?

I think Ginger will win this one!

And now, on Friday – I mean, what are they thinking?? I better go check the bar and see if they’ve been drinking my whisky!

Bungy jumping? No good can come of this!

As I said, no good came of the bungy jumping. Poor Nutty! Ginger is not a very sweet elf.

Good thing we had a doll sized wheelchair for Nutty! At least Ginger was nice enough to get their TV out to relax and watch a show.

And that ends week one. See you next week to see just what these two spice heads have up their sleeves!

Peace,
B
